What's your return policy?
All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/order, please email email@example.com with the order number and name so we can resolve your situation quickly and smoothly. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed fraudulent by Shopify’s payment system. NOTE: There is a five-day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about damaged or wrong items.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet shipped, you are welcome to cancel it. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the email address you used to place your order and let us know that you would like to cancel your order and receive a refund.
